About Me










As a Graphic Designer, I produce aesthetically pleasing designs and questioned the result's success and intentions.

While I worked in Customer Service, I helped solve customer issues and communicated concisely and considerately.

When I returned to New Zealand to travel, Covid-19 happened. I took this time as a wake-up call and rethought my career path.

I decided to return to a design role that utilises my customer service skills and satisfies my curiosity to learn and understand.

Timeline


1987  Born in The UK

2012  Graduated in Graphic Design, found my first and second Graphic Design roles

2015  Travelled in South East Asia

2015  Landed in New Zealand, where I was a Marketing Managers Assistant, designed and analysed emails, volunteered in all kinds of places, and hitchhiked around the country

2017  Returned to the UK and worked in customer-focused roles

2020  Second trip to New Zealand, intending to stay, then Covid 19 began

2021  Re-thought life, career plans and decided to return to the UK

2022  I started learning everything I could about UX and built a portfolio of work

Presently, I am a freelance designer and writer
